TS5 allows you to close the entire studio for a day, a week or for a recurring schedule. For example, if are not open for lessons every Sunday, check the recurring schedule box. Next select the start date and time, then select the end day and time and recurrence. Enter a reason the studio is closed, then click save. The date(s) entered will not be available for scheduling students.

Note: The studio area affects the entire studio and every teacher.

If a teacher is not available for teaching on certain days or parts of days, these times may be blocked from the Teacher section of the Studio Setup.

If a room is not available for use such as for piano tuning, block the room out for that time period; TimeSig 2000 will not schedule lessons or groups or events during this period.
