Access Daily Schedule.  Select Reports, Studio, Daily Schedule.

Set the date parameters as in other reports.

Select either the teacher OR select the room.  

The teacher will have different room assignments listed. (See below.)

 

 

Uses for this report can vary.  For the individual teacher, a daily schedule is handy to jot down notes, payments, assignments, etc., before entering data into TS5.  A full day's schedule works well.  

It is also a good report for large studios to assess room utilization.

For studios or music stores  trying to make assignments for specific teachers, a glance at their schedule might help make the decision for times, availability, etc.

This report is exportable to other formats.
