Group Assignment

Access Group by clicking on the black silhouette of two people.

Right click, select "Add."

 

Fill in the title of the Group, with a description, and cost of the activity.

 

The cost amount entered here will be posted as a one time charge  to each student account when the activity is scheduled.  There is no need to manually enter this.

 

The Group will be active, so check that box.  When the Group is completed, uncheck it.  The data remains in history.

 

Note:  you cannot  delete a group assignment  from the Student Profile.   If a student withdraws  from the class the only way to adjust  the  schedule is to manually delete.  Assignments to group is done at the Group window only.  

 

Students may leave the group early, or sign up and not take it.  Delete their entry in the Group window.  Deleting the charges is done manually, however.  Do that from the Studio Transaction window.  This is done to prevent losing studio revenue.  

 

You are able to view the assignment in the Student Profile.  This is for your convenience.  No edits to the group assignment are done here.

Charges for group are posted to the Studio Transaction screen once the group is scheduled.

Note:  Groups are set up one time to begin/end on specific dates.  Place the check mark in the "Active" box.  When the group is finished, remove the the check mark and retire the data.  Do not use this Group again. 

 If you want to start a new session,  start a new group.

Go to Events.
