Each
header of the Transaction screen can be sorted ascending/descending
This
is the screen to view when new transactions need to be added/deleted
from the student's account. Right click and
"Add." The student name will appear on this
transaction automatically if you have set the filter to view only that
student. Remember to fill in "Teacher" if you haven't
filtered the teachers. If you have done that, then the teacher
will automatically be there when the screen is created.
All
transactions created in the Transaction
Types in the Studio Description will
appear in the dropdown list.
PAYMENT
is already there. It does not need to be created.
If
you are recording data from a payment, enter the check number in the Description
area. If you have made charges for a taxable item such as a
book, that tax will be calculated IF you have set it up that way in
the Transaction Types
area.
