The Transaction Register is an accounting tool which lists/sorts all studio transactions. It is important that during the Studio Setup that Transaction Types are entered correctly. Select Teacher and Student and date parameters. Click on run to view the report. This report displays all financial transactions for the entire studio, for one teacher or for one student, whichever option is chosen.
TimeSig takes the data from this Window, and transforms it into a Transaction Register Report.
Studio transactions can be viewed at a glance from the monitor by selecting "transactions." This window contains the data for the Transaction Register when it is printed or exported. This is the report that most tax accountants require or would find useful for tax preparation. Note: this can be put into a text file or  exported from TS5 and imported into a spread sheet.
